Expand gene and SNP lists using PPI

This form will accept lists of genes, gene names, and/or SNP IDs, and return a list of genes associated with the input list within the Rual-Stelzl Protein Protein Interaction (PPI) net housed on CLSD.

Enter a blank- or comma-separated list of NCBI gene names
(like JAK3 or STAT3):

AND/OR enter a blank- or comma-separated list of NCBI GID numbers
(like 3718 or 6774):

AND/OR a blank- or comma-separated set of NCBI SNP IDs

AND/OR a blank- or comma-separated set of NCBI SNP IDs that identify regions possibly containing genes of interest

Size of the region to search for relevant genes, in bases?

Number of hops to allow from each input gene during expansion:

Require expanded genes to match at least one GO Cellular Component annotation of at least one input or SNP-related gene?
