This script lets users count or find GO annotations that are shared by

• all pair-wise combinations of a set of genes, or
• a set of gene pairs input by the user.

One possible use of this program is to "sanity check" hypothetical Protein Protein interactions to verify that supposedly interacting proteins are known to occuply the same cellular compartment.
