I am an Assistant Teaching Professor at the University of Kansas who centres on the coordination of business calculus. I am still working on projects in mathematical research (in functional analysis and topology) alongside branching out to reseach in education and pedagogy. I was at the Pennsylvania State University under the mentorship of Nate Brown. I completed my PhD in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Sheffield, under the supervision of Paul Mitchener. My areas of study are functional analysis and topology.

Teaching and Outreach work

In Spring 2021, I will be teaching and coordinating MATH 115 Applied Calculus I and in addition will be teaching MATH 126 Calculus II.

Previously

I studied my MMath degree at the University of Sheffield, where I undertook a fourth year project supervised by David Applebaum on the topic of Fourier series on finite abelian groups.
