• COUNTRY -- country name (nominal)
• POPULATN -- population in thousands
• DENSITY -- population per square kilometer
• URBAN -- percent of population living in urban areas
• RELIGION -- largest religious group (nominal)
• LIFEEXPF -- life expectancy, female
• LIFEEXPM -- life expectancy, male
• LITERACY -- literacy rate
• POP_INCR -- annual percentage growth rate in population
• BABYMORT -- infant mortality rate (deaths per 1,000 live births)
• GDP_CAP -- GDP per capital
• REGION -- geographical region (nominal, but coded numerically)
• CALORIES -- average caloric consumption
• AIDS -- number of reported AIDS cases
• BIRTH_RT -- annual number of births per 1,000 people
• DEATH_RT -- annual number of deaths per 1,000 people
• AIDS_RT -- number of AIDS cases per 1,000 people
• LOG_GDP -- logarithm of GDP
• LG_AIDSR -- logarithm of AIDS rate
• B_TO_D -- ratio of births to deaths
• FERTILTY -- fertility rate: average number of births to women during their child-bearing years
