| There are several reasons why we should use technology in our classrooms to improve learning experiences and assessments. Technology is now found throughout our society; therefore, we should model its use in the classroom, to ensure that our students experience how to use it in a positive way. In addition, technology can make our teaching more effective. By using a variety of different means to communicate information, we ensure that students of different learning styles can benefit from our teaching. Moreover, technology—with its immediate, universal access to information—can enable us to use a wide variety of online resources to assess our students’ abilities. |
