The University of Kansas Transgenic Mouse Facility provides a core facility at the University of Kansas Lawrence campus for investigators who wish to use transgenic mouse technology in their research.
Those interested in having the KU transgenic mouse facility produce transgenic mice should prepare DNA according to the DNA preparation guide. Then fill out the Service Request and bring purified, cut DNA along with the form to room 5046 Malott.
It will take up to 8 weeks for production of transgenic mice. See the Fee Schedule for charges for transgenic production.
